Terms and Conditions:

  • No further discounts apply to special offers advertised on this page. 

  • Three months notice is required for long weekend, public holiday or Christmas/New Years period dates.  Every effort is made to accommodate all dates, however, so if you are unsure please contact Jessica on 0458 005 650 for confirmation of availability. 

  • Choice of formalities songs only applies where one month (30 days) notice of songs is provided.  No last-minute requests can be accommodated unless those songs are already known to the band. 

  • Deposit is required at the time of booking.  50% non-refundable deposit applies unless otherwise indicated.  

  • All special offers apply to specific dates as advertised on respective special offers packages. One change of date is permitted - provided the date is available.   All reasonable requests will be considered.  To accommodate a change of date a line-up change may be required. A suitable replacement band may be offered in the event that Rockin' Rosie is not available at all. 

  • Deposit is non-refundable in the event that your event date changes or cancellation is made. 

  • For full day bookings, all band members and any technical staff require meals or meal allowance and free access to water and/or soft drinks throughout the day. 

  • All locations must be within 1 hr of Melbourne CBD - a maximum of two venues apply to this package with a maximum travel distance of 60 minutes.   Both venues must be within 60 minutes of Melbourne CBD. Weddings that fall outside of this limit will be charged a travel fee. 

  • Where a package includes an unlimited time specification: This means up to a 24 hour continuous booking period and a maximum of 10 hours playing time applies to the total booking. All setup and pack-up must occur within 24 hours. and only on the event day.  Next day pack up fee applies if the band (one or more people) are required to return after venue is closed the next day. 

  • Where a package includes the PA: Appropriately sized PA and sound equipment will be provided to be packed down and set-up in each location. This package assumes only one sound system and backup cables, connections, and other equipment will be used in the case of a technical problem.  If a second sound system is required a $100 fee is required - payable 30 days prior ot the event. 

  • A technician is compulsory for venues which hold 250 or more people, are outdoors or where there is limited space for sound equipment on-stage. This amount will be negotiated during pre-event meetings and is time-based - approximately $40 per hour. 

  • If a riser or stage boxes are required in a venue with no stage,  the stage fee of $150 applies.   You do not need to have a stage - a floor-level event allows for engagement between the band and your guests
